Philipp Dueber began studying for a PhD in Economics in September 2015.

Research synopsis

My research focuses on the causes of European current account imbalances with a particular focus on the period after the introduction of the European monetary union. It applies modern macroeconometric frameworks to find the underlying drivers of capital flows within Europe.
