About

God’stime Eigbiremolen began studying for a PhD in Economics at the University of Kent in September 2016. Prior to this, God’stime was a Lecturer in Economics at the University of Nigeria. He obtained a BSc in Economics from the University of Nigeria and an MSc in Development Economics from the University of Sussex.

Secondary research interest

  • Financial Economics 

Research synopsis

God’stime’s PhD research is focused on education in Sub-Saharan Africa. Specifically, he aims to examine why students drop out of high school, the implications and possible policy interventions.
