Thesis title

Three essays on ex-post evaluation of incentive programs: R&D and local development support in Italy.

Research synopsis

The aim of my research is to implement some empirical analyses regarding the effectiveness of public incentive programs. In particular, the research focuses on the evaluation of two types of policies implemented by Italian public authorities: policies aimed at increasing the amount of firm investments in R&D and local development programs.
