About
Alessio Mitra began studying for a PhD in Economics in September 2018. Previously, Alessio obtained a BSc in Economics at the University of Turin and an MSc in Applied Economics with Distinction at the University of Bath. He has deepened his studies by attending summer courses at the universities of Geneva, Copenhagen and Essex.
Research interests
Alessio research studies the impact of politicians’ backgrounds and institutional characteristics on policy choices and economic outputs.
