How do I access my Results?

You must log on to the Results Site to view your results using your SDS login details. The results website will be unavailable until results are released. If you have failed to satisfy the examiners, a letter detailing your options will be available from the 'My Progress' page on the Student Data System.

What happens if I fail and am required to resit an exam?

The main resit period takes place in August. If required, candidates must be available during this time as resits cannot be rescheduled for any reason. Overseas students who apply early may be able to take their resit examinations in our overseas centre in Hong Kong. Late applications to sit overseas (even when due to an appeal or delayed results) cannot be considered, and the applicant will need to sit at Kent.

Full information on Resits can be found on the Resits page

If you would like to speak to someone about your results please contact your school directly here.

My result says Proceed; does this mean I have passed?

Please note that students do NOT receive a classification at Stage 2. If successful, your result will be 'Proceed'.

This indicates that you may continue into the next Stage of study. Your final degree classification will be based upon your marks for Stages 2 and 3, and where relevant, Stage 4.

I want to appeal my result; how do I do this?

Full information on Appeals can be found on the Faculties Support Office website here

Before submitting an appeal please read the guidance and frequently asked questions available at the above link.
