Undergraduate Courses 2017

Part-time study for undergraduates

Many of our standard undergraduate degree programmes can be taken on a part-time basis. Students usually take half the modules each year that a full-time student takes. Most of the modules run during the daytime (as they fit with full-time study), but some may be available through evening classes.

Please note: international students who are in the UK on a student visa cannot study part-time.

Informal study and short courses

If you don't want to do a full degree or would like to ease yourself back into education, we have other part-time and short courses that you can take, including general interest, Professional Development and Access to HE courses.

Choose your course

Search our undergraduate programmes for courses that can be studied part-time and start in September 2017. Please contact us at information@kent.ac.uk or 01227 827272 if you would like to discuss your study options.

How to apply

There is no fixed closing date but you should apply for your programme as soon as possible. Look up the course you wish to study and follow the guidance on the 'Apply' tab or contact the Recruitment and Admissions Office for advice.

Undergraduate funding

Kent's part-time students may be eligible for funding from Student Finance England and/or the University. Check out our undergraduate funding pages for more details.
