The Student Record Administration Office are able to provide alumni with official documents such as degree certificates and transcripts.

Students can contact the appeals team via email at appeals@kent.ac.uk but we do not provide advice and guidance to students as our office is the one assessing the appeals cases.

The Income Office can help with any enquiries about paying your tuition and accommodation fees. 

The team are available Monday-Friday 10.00-16.00 via telephone and email. Virtual appointments are available Monday-Friday, 10.00-15.00

The Student Immigration Compliance Team is responsible for monitoring the University's compliance with UK immigration laws to ensure that we maintain our Student (previously known as Tier 4) sponsor status with the Home Office.  

We are unable to provide advice over the phone. Please email us at visacompliance@kent.ac.uk. We aim to respond within 7-10 working days.

Our International Marketing and Recruitment team are here to support our applicants from outside the UK, whether you need advice on courses, information on how to apply or a query regarding your current application, feel free to get in touch and we can assist you.

The Student Support and Wellbeing team are committed to improving access to learning and provide a wide range of support. They have expert staff to support students with a Specific Learning Difficulty (SpLD) such as Dyslexia; discuss academic adjustments for people with temporary or permanent disabilities or chronic conditions; support autistic students, and offer support for anyone at Kent experiencing distress arising from psychological, emotional or mental health issues.
