Based on central campus, Rutherford College has a large number of bedrooms with brilliant view of Canterbury. Standard single bedrooms offer 3* ETC Campus graded accommodation.

Standard rooms are situated on corridors comprising a maximum of 7 bedrooms sharing a toilet, two shower/bath rooms and a kitchenette with a microwave, kettle and fridge.
