The provisional programme for the 2006 CentreLGS Postgrad
Workshop is:
Wednesday 26 April: A workshop on
theory, where a group of invited 'experts' share their
theoretical perspectives, featuring: Brenna
Bhandar, Anne Bottomley, Martha-Marie
Kleinhans, Les Moran and Hilary
Sommerlad. A session led by Davina Cooper on
careers and publishing
Thursday 27 April: Postgrad Student
mini-conference. An opportunity to present your research
in a friendly and supportive atmosphere.

As part of the CentreLGS 2006 Postgraduate workshop,
we are organising a Postgraduate Student Mini-Conference.
The workshop and conference are open to any postgraduate
student working within the areas of Gender, Sexuality
and Law (broadly defined). This mini-conference will
be an opportunity to present your work in a friendly
and supportive atmosphere.
All papers submitted by postgraduate students conducting
research in any area of Gender, Sexuality and Law will
be suitable for this mini-conference, as the aim is
to allow anyone who wishes to present to have the opportunity
to do so.
Although the closing date has now passed, if you would
still like to present a paper at the mini-conference,
please send a title and abstract (approx 150-200 words)
to Rosie Harding at: rh83@kent.ac.uk.
The closing date for registrations for the CentreLGS
