Employability Health Check

Employability Health Check

The past couple of years have been challenging for many reasons, not least of which is the difficulty of gaining insight and experience to help get your dream job, as businesses and individuals have needed to adapt their ways of working during the pandemic.

Kent Union and the Careers and Employability Service have teamed up to bring you the Employability Health Check – designed to help all Kent students regardless of campus, year, or level of study.

We have identified three levels of career readiness (Reflect and Review, Discover and Decide, and Apply and Achieve), all you need to do is click on the links below and start accessing the wide range of support and guidance on offer.

Some of it you can do by yourself, and some might be accessing appointments, events or other support activities. If at any point you want guidance in navigating this information, just email us on careerhelp@kent.ac.uk and someone will get back to you.
