JOBS FOR GRADUATES IN ANY SUBJECT

Below is a table of many of the jobs available with any degree subject. PERSUASIVE/ENTERPRISING JOBS

Need an outgoing, competitive personality with excellent communication skills. Often competitive to enter.

PEOPLE MANAGEMENT JOBS

Require leadership, spoken communication skills and stamina. You need to be prepared to be mobile and work irregular hours. These aren't deskbound jobs and require doers rather than thinkers. They often offer early responsibility.

THE PROFESSIONS

Well paid jobs offering fast promotion. They require good admin. and analytical skills and usually numeracy. Usually require further study for demanding professional examinations.

INFORMATION/TECHNICAL JOBS

SERVICE JOBS

Public Admin. jobs offering security and service to the community. You need good admin. and writing skills

HELPING JOBS

Require good social skills and usually a further full-time course.

MEDIA JOBS

Competitive to enter. You need to be pushy, determined to get in and develop practical skills e.g. on the student newspaper. Most jobs are not advertised so you must network.
