KBS Business Soundbites: Building customer loyalty through data analytics and digital marketing
Business Soundbites
KBS Business Soundbites Session

How does a business retain its customers? By knowing what they want and expect. Living and working in a increasingly digital world allows businesses access to an abundance of data on customer behaviour. With the advent of data harvesting and analysis tools the art of understanding customers has become more and more commonplace. But do business value the power of data sufficiently? And in applying data analytics, how does one retain a personal touch and a creative approach towards engaging with and retaining a customer?

Please join us at this Business Soundbites session Building customer loyalty: using data analytics to develop creative digital marketing campaigns at KBS Medway at the Dockyard Church on Wednesday 3rd April 2019 from 17:30 - 20:30hrs. Speakers Anabel Gutierrez (Senior Lecturer in Digital Marketing - Kent Business School Medway) Mike Turner (Principal Business Advisor, SAS) and Rob Dando (founder creative marketing agency Finally) will give their personal views on how data analytics, customer appreciation and creative marketing can work together to create a winning customer loyalty strategy. Presentations give way to a panel discussion with the audience and the opportunity to network afterwards whilst enjoying a drink and a light bite to eat.

The event is FREE but places in the Dockyard Church are limited so please do secure your space as soon as you can.
