In this relaxing Yoga class we will explore a variety of strength and breathing exercises. The slow pace makes the class suitable for all levels and abilities, so that beginners can benefit as much as more advanced students.

You can book your class online, or visit the Sports Centre or The Pavilion receptions where Premium plus can book up to 7 days and Premium, 5 days in advance You can use the self-service kiosk in reception or a member of staff can assist you. Pay to play members can book classes up to three days in advance.Please arrive and book in at least 10 minutes before your class start time. Late entry to classes is not permitted. If you are unable to attend a class, and you booked by phone, you must cancel your booking by emailing no later than 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Failure to do so will result in a non-attendance fine being applied. Your membership account will be limited until outstanding fines are paid. Please bring your ID with you for class check-in at the studio door.

Pay to play members pay per person, per activity (Student - £4.50, Staff and Public Junior - £5.50, Alumni and Public Adult - £6.50). Class fees are payable at the Sports Centre and The Pavilion reception or online.
