Employability Festival 2019

F-LEX is an on-demand paralegal service that provides firms with access to a pool of paralegals.  F-LEX have been finding paralegal work for Kent students for the past 2 years.  Students have been engaged in  really interesting work with all types of firms both part time during studies and full time during holidays.   F-LEX see 00's of CVs every week and know what different law firms look for.  TIn this workshop they will introduce F-LEX and how the company works; talk about the benefits of flexible working; and, guide you in how to how to make your CV stand out - using real CV examples for you to critique.   The session will last for one hour but presenters will be available for a further 30 minutes should anyone want to ask more about the sign up process etc.
