Wildwood Volunteer Day
Exam Destress

Swap the library for the outdoors! Tasks on the day might include painting, weeding, coppicing trees, clearing animal enclosures and the woodland of debris. This is a great opportunity to take a break from your studies, and you'll even get an opportunity to walk around the park to visit all the animals!Lunch and transport will be provided, so please ensure that you have let us know your dietary requirements! You must wear clothing that you don't mind getting dirty and suitable footwear for a wet woodland environment (waterproof walking boots or wellies - we have wellies that you can borrow if you let us know your size). Bring waterproofs just in case.By signing up you confirm your place on the project (so please put it in your diary!). You will receive an email 1-2 days before the event to confirm the details and provide any extra information that you need to know. Sign up is necessary for this event - sign up here.Questions/queires: volunteering@kent.ac.ukWhat can you get out of this?By volunteering for this opportunity you'll not only be supporting a great local cause, but you'll develop the graduate attributes of confidence, and integrity and accountability. Remember to log your volunteering hours in your Toolkit too for KSCV!
