Leading and Managing Through Change

Learning Objectives:

Understanding why change occurs and how to tackle it effectively, focussing on how change leadership can effectively embed changes in the workplace. Utilising Kotters 8 steps model, this workshop will help gain an understanding of how different people may behave in change situations and identify the most appropriate leadership behaviours to adopt to get the best from individuals and teams in change situations.
