Booiaka Vs Mash it up Fitness

Sizzling cardio dance that combines the hottest routines with the latest music from around the globe. It's about feeling the beat and releasing your spirit - it's the way you move! Created by Tatiana Tamai and unlike any other dance fitness program, BOOIAKA is an intense cardio dance workout that feels like a fun night spent dancing with friends at a party or a favourite club, to music you love! 

Mash it up Fitness

Uses dancing as a way to make you come alive and stay lean. It's a newera of dance bringing authentic Jamaican Dancehall and fitness routinestogether to create a low impact but high energy workout that will keep youcharged and glowing. The moves are broken down and separated intosections, so that the student learns the moves progressively with ease.

Classes are free to Gold and Silver members and Bronze members pay per person per activity. You can book your class through your online account, or by using the self-service kiosk in the Sports Centre reception. Gold and Silver members can book up to seven days in advance and Bronze members up to three days in advance. Please arrive and book in at least 20 minutes before your class start time. Late entry to classes is not permitted. If you are unable to attend a class, and you booked by phone, you must cancel your booking by emailing no later than 30 minutes prior to the class start time. Online bookings must be cancelled online by the member that made the booking. Your membership account will be limited until outstanding fines for each 'no show' are paid if this procedure is not followed.
