This section is intended to point web users and web publishers in the right directions for getting support on all things web related at the university. Since several departments are responsible for content on the web at Kent, this can sometimes be a difficult experience.

Web strategy, marketing advice and content on corporate pages
Content on the top level, corporate pages of the Kent website are looked after by the Communications and Development department. They are also the people to talk to for advice on branding, layout and marketing on your own sites. To contact C&DO, please use the link below.
E-Learning advice
E-Learning software, such as WebCT, is looked after by the unit for enhancement of learning and teaching (UELT). For details on E-Learning products and support, please follow the link below.
Web support and development for departments and web authors
The IS Web Team supports many of the services used on the web. These include the Kent template and associated Dreamweaver snippets, the online forums and the student portal. A complete list of the web team's supported products can be found in the "what's available" section.
If after looking through the knowledgebase you were unable to find help on an article you were looking for and you think others would have the same problem, you can request that a new article be written using the following request form.
