Website statistics
To analyse traffic to your departmental website pages, the University has made available the website analytics program SiteStat. SiteStat requires that you have the standard university template installed on your site to work. Using SiteStat you can see how visitors to your site navigate about and which pages they most frequently go to. This information will help you plan out the content and the navigation of your site to help the visitors have a more pleasant web experience.

Costs and development options
The SiteStat web application is free for departments using the standard University template for their website.
To access the statistics, you need to have a user name and password setup by a member of the IS Web Team. These are handed out on a departmental basis. Please check with your department's website administrator to get them. If you are the website administrator you can request the username and password details by contacting IS Web Support.
