Extended support

 

Description

The IS Web Team provides an basic free level of service to the University.

For departments with a need for more comprehensive support, an extensive support option is also available. Examples of extensive support are:

  • Non-standard web training (only basic template usage and setup is standard).
  • Bespoke developments.
  • Custom forms.
  • On site support


These services are also available for organisations external to the University. The costs and options tab gives more information on the services and costs available. All projects are properly project managed and begin with an up front agreement of work which includes scope, costs and timescales.
