Confidentiality Statement
We will not reveal information about you without your permission, except in one circumstance: If we consider you at risk of damaging yourself, or of damaging others, we may contact one of the other confidential helping services at the University, such as the Student Counselling Service, the Medical Centre or the College Master. We have a legal obligation to disclose this kind of information, and our practice is consistent with other organisations and services.
We collect data to monitor and to improve our services. The data is held for four years and will not be disclosed to external source without your consent. Personal data is held by the University under the terms of the Data Protection Act.
