Daniel Clark

University Learning Technologist

Daniel is an experienced educational technologist, having worked within the education sector for many years. Daniel has a broad background in educational and multimedia technologies, including experience of technical instruction, electronic materials development and multimedia design.

Daniel was educated at the University of Manchester with a Degree in Media and Cultural Studies. In 2010, he became a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy after successful completion of the University of Kent's Post-Graduate Certificate in Higher Education. He is presently undertaking a Masters Degree in Higher Education.

Daniel is particularly interested in the development of digital literacies, innovation in the delivery of feedback and the future of Higher Education in the digital age.

Daniel's other interests include documentary and architectural photography, in particular, disused hospitals and mental health facilities. In 2006, his interest in such areas led to him (and a selection of his photographs) appearing on ITV's Ghost Hunting with Girls Aloud. Daniel is a keen traveller, reader, musician, runner and supporter of Northwich Victoria Football Club and Northampton Saints Rugby Club.
