Staff room bookings

Staff can book rooms through Timetabling or other offices as shown in the following table. Rooms booked must be accessible to everyone attending an event. Events which are open to all must be held in accessible rooms. It is the responsibility of the individual making the booking to ensure the suitability of the room.

The following rooms are booked by different offices evenings and weekends during term time:

• Timetabling Office
  Staff may make room bookings using the online booking form. For timetable changes it is required that communications go through your school administration team.
• Conference Office
  Please e-mail hospitality-enquiry@kent.ac.uk. At least 48 hours’ notice is required.
• IT Helpdesk
  Please e-mail helpdesk@kent.ac.uk.
• EDA Office
  Please e-mail EDA-office@kent.ac.uk.
• Kent Business School
  The business school rooms are for departmental use only.
• Physical Sciences Offices
  Please e-mail sps-diary@kent.ac.uk.
• Chaplaincy
  Please email P.J.Geldard@kent.ac.uk in the first instance with any queries with regard to booking Chaplaincy affiliated spaces.
• Central Secretariat
