Computational Biology Centre

The Computational Biology Centre (CBC) is a group of like-minded academics interested in applying computer-based algorithms and datasets to addressing biological questions and problems.  Principally, though non-exclusively, a collaboration between the Schools of Computing and Biosciences, CBC evolved from the former CBMI (Centre for Biomedical Informatics).  The purpose of CBC is as a forum for discussion, collaborative research and promotion of academic successes, the like of which would not be achieved by individuals alone.

Inaugural Coffee morning - 19th March 2013
