Booking form
To book a place(s) on Summerzone pick up a booking form from the University of Kent's Sports Centre or Pavilion (available soon). Alternatively, you can download a booking form opposite.
Once fully completed, please return the form (inc. £30 deposit per child) to:

What happens after you send your booking form and deposit?
Confirmation of your place(s) will be sent to you. A Summerzone pack will be issued to you before the summer camp starts - this will include all prerequisite forms, directions and map.
