Summer fitness & dance class timetable

Classes are held in our new larger dance studio that can be split into two for smaller, more intimate classes with enhanced lighting and sound. There are classes to suit all interests, now including Boxercise®, Spinning®, Cardio Tennis and Balance Bodies.

Please note: All classes are bookable in advance. Simply visit the Sports Centre or Pavilion reception where full members can book up to seven days in advance. Pay As You Go members can book up to three days in advance. Please retain your receipt as you will need it to access the class. (duplicate receipts are available at reception if lost).

If you are no longer able to attend the class you must cancel your booking by contacting reception no later than 30 mins prior to the class start time. Telephone reception on 01227 823623 and leave a message on the answer machine. Failure to attend and/or cancel may result in a fine of up to £5.30 for each no show and your membership account will be limited until the outstanding fines are paid.
