Exercise ProgrammesTaking into consideration the results of the fitness test, a personalised exercise programme is designed to enable you to meet your individual fitness goals.

Your individual programme will be constructed to last for 8-12 weeks and can be reviewed and amended to suit your training development and goals. It is recommended that you take a reassessment after 12 weeks for optimum results.

Dependent on your requirements a personalised exercise programme is available without a fitness assessment.

A short consultation is required, so please speak to an instructor for further information.
