Here at the Department of Sport, Physical Activity and Recreation we are keen to promote healthy living and fitness through our facilities, various services and sports programmes.
Whether you use our facilities to acheive particular sporting goals, or just for enjoyment and fitness, the department offers numerous services to help encourage and assist you with a healthier lifestyle.
