Fitness assessments by our qualified instructors are great way to ensure that you achieve maximum benefit from a personalised exercise plan. They are extremely good value and can really help you on your way to fitness or maintain the motivation to meet your personal goals.

Exercise programmes

Whether you are just starting out on a healthier Lifestyle or want to re energise your fitness routine a personalised exercise programme is designed to enable you to meet your individual fitness goals.

Your individual programme will be constructed to last for 8-12 weeks and can be reviewed and amended to suit your training development and goals.

For best results it is recommended that you take a fitness assessment prior to the development of your exercise programme. However, depending on your requirements a personalised exercise programme is available without a fitness assessment.
