Fitness suite

Facilities in the fitness suite include a range of CYBEX resistance equipment together with:

• Traditional weight training equipment
• Vast range of free weights
• Stretching area

Qualified fitness instructors are at hand to instruct and can provide fitness assessments and exercise programmes.

Cardio theatre

Users can use state-of-the-art cardio vascular equipment whilst being entertained by a variety of TV and music channels.

Dance studio

The 230m² dance studio is the ideal venue for a variety timetabled aerobic, dance and martial arts classes. A programme of these classes runs during the daytime and evening, throughout the week, ranging from relaxation lessons to high impact workouts.

Main hall

Multi-use double hall measuring 37 metres x 35 metres, with a sprung Taraflex floor. The main hall can accommodate the following sports:

• Basketball - 2 courts
• 5-A-Side Football - 2 areas
• Netball - 3 courts
• Tennis - 2 courts
• Volleyball - 3 courts
• Cricket - 3 nets
• Climbing - one multi-route wall
• Viewing balcony for spectators

Multi-use single hall measuring 32 metres x 17 metres. The small hall can accommodate the following sports:

Squash courts

The squash facilities comprise of four standard-size courts, complete with viewing gallery.

Sports cafe

The Sports cafe has recently been refurbished and sells Fairtrade food and drinks along with wireless internet access and Freeview television.
