How to make a booking

• Indoor facilities and tennis courts can be booked one week in advance by full members. Pay as you go members can book 3 days in advance. Bookings may be restricted at peak times, this is at the discretion of the person on duty.
• Synthetic pitches and playing fields can occasionally be booked, enquiries should be made to Reception.

You can book either in person, at reception, by telephone, or by fax (details on the right). Bookings cannot be made before 9am. Please note BUCS (British Universities & Colleges Sport) fixtures have booking priority.
