Complaints

Researchers must ensure they provide a mechanism for their research participants to make complaints, if this becomes necessary. If complaints cannot be resolved locally, they should be addressed to the Director of Research Services, Room 154, the Registry, University of Kent, Canterbury, CT2 7NZ.

Researchers must report any complaints to the Research Ethics and Governance Officer in order that any necessary lessons can be learned to avoid repetition.
