Research interests

My research highlights multiple factors fostering the development of positive negotiation outcomes. In particular, I study the impact of social identification, social categorization and diversity appreciation on human conflict behaviour in negotiation settings. Social cognitive processes (e.g., cognitive flexibility, perspective taking) are investigated as potential mediating variables.
