My PhD investigated how forming impressions of counter-stereotypical individuals influences cognitive flexibility and creativity. My current research interests cover: 1) The social psychology of creativity 2) The relationship between social diversity and creativity 3) The psychology of intergroup relations with a focus on multiple categorization approaches 4) Cognitions and affect relating to the perception of counter-stereotypical stimuli.
