Dr Małgorzata GocłowskaLecturer in Psychology |

I'm investigating whether interventions designed to reduce stereotyping and prejudice can influence people's general cognitive functioning. I'm also interested in the idea that living in a diverse society can have benefits to cognitive flexibility and creativity. Finally, because diversity can be so beneficial, I look at the reasons why people engage in contact with their out-group, and at new ways of encouraging contact.
