Am I a Healthy Weight?

A healthy weight is neither underweight nor overweight. Being underweight means you may not be obtaining all the necessary nutrients from your diet necessary for growth, repair and fighting off infection. Being overweight means you are much more likely to suffer from problems such as heart disease, diabetes and some cancers - (not to mention being unable to get into that favourite pair of jeans!)
