The University Medical Centre is an NHS general practice based on the University of Kent Canterbury campus and welcome new patients. Our practice boundary requires Students to live within a 6 mile radius, and Non-Students to live within a 3 mile radius. Appointments can be booked by telephone or in person.

Changes within the NHS StructureImportant changes are happening within the NHS which might affect you and your GP Practice. With effect from the 1st April 2013 the Canterbury and Coastal Clinical Commissioning Group (C4G) will be taking over fully from our Primary Care Trust (Eastern & Coastal Kent).
Canterbury and Coastal Clinical Commissioning Group - C4G for short - is made up of local GPs and other health professionals representing 23 practices across the Canterbury district, Faversham, Whitstable, Herne Bay, Sandwich, Ash and the surrounding rural areas. |
