The International Journal of Migration, Health and Social Care is a new multi-disciplinary journal focussing on international migration. It includes labour migration, asylum seekers, refugees and undocumented migrants, with an emphasis on health, social care and mental health issues. The Journal contributes to debates on the impact of migration on health and social care and includes scholarly research on topics such as refugee children, social networks, family separation, human trafficking and the integration of migrants.

The first issue was published in December 2005. It is essential reading for anyone involved in the provision of health and social care and mental health services dealing with ethnic minority groups and/ or refugees. This includes those directly involved in service provision and those concerned with management or policy-making.
