Consultancy
The Centre has an international reputation for its work in the field of migration, health and social care and has provided expertise to key service providers including British Refugee Council, Kent County Council, the European Commission, the UK Home Office, the UK Department of Health and the International Committee of the Red Cross. In our consultancy we draw on links with health and social care institutions and academic establishments in the UK, Germany, Greece, France, Sweden, the Netherlands, Brazil, South Africa, Australia, North America and Taiwan.
MASC members have varied professional backgrounds, including health and social care management, clinical practice and social work and come from diverse academic disciplines such as anthropology, psychology, social policy and sociology. All have practice and research experience in migration, health and social care at local, national and international levels.
