Live in Paris and study history, cinema, creative writing or great works of literature from Britain, America and further afield, all in English, all reflecting the dynamic social and cultural life of the city. It's a life-enhancing opportunity - and it's equally exciting for the tutors.
The Kent at Paris academic programme and associated activities are designed to increase cultural knowledge, to heighten social and historical awareness and to broaden intellectual and imaginative horizons. Through the programme of taught modules and independent research for a dissertation, you are encouraged to fulfil your analytical, creative and communicative potential, thereby developing essential transferable skills.
Your experience of living and studying in two countries will not only be positively memorable but will also be professionally advantageous: at the end of the year, you will have acquired an internationally recognised qualification and will have proved to prospective employers that you can rise to the challenge of successfully living and working in an international environment. Alternatively, for graduates wishing to continue along an academic trajectory, a Kent at Paris Master’s provides an ideal basis for research leading to a PhD.
