The pages below outline access schemes and procedures for visitors to the Templeman Library on the Canterbury campus. To find out about access to the Drill Hall Library on the Medway campus, please go to the Drill Hall Library visitors pages.
You are welcome to use the Templeman Library's collections for reference purposes. You may not use subscription online resources (except those provided on a dedicated visitor PC) and multimedia material. There is no visitor access after 9pm. For more information see the Library opening hours page.
Students from Partner Colleges enrolled in University of Kent courses have full borrowing rights.
University of Greenwich staff and students registered at the Medway campus and living in the Canterbury area are eligible to join the INVICTA access scheme to access the Templeman Library.
Other academic visitors: if you belong to another Higher Education Institute (HEI) you may have borrowing or reference access via the SCONUL Access scheme. Check with your own institution's Library for information on access to other libraries.
If the above schemes are not relevant to you, you can pay to become an external borrower.
