Kent student PCs on the Canterbury, Medway and Tonbridge campuses all offer the disability support software below.

TextHelp Read & Write Gold

Provides support for dyslexic users and enables speech feedback and word prediction when reading or composing text.

• To access on student PCs: click Start > All Programs > Departmental Software > DSU
• Headphones are available from the Loan Desk on Level 1 West.

MindGenius

Mind mapping software helps develop ideas and thinking as well as improve planning and organisation skills.

• To access on student PCs: click Start >All Programs > Central Software

Workrave

Software that assists in the recovery and prevention of repetitive strain injury.
