Relevant Library collections

Slide Collection

There is a Slide Collection of some 200,000 slides at the Templeman Library. Although a proportion of the slides are listed on the Library catalogue, it is advisable to visit the Slide Collection in person for the complete holdings.

To search for slides in the Library catalogue, enter relevant keywords in the search box and either include the word "slide" in the searchbox or filter your search results by clicking Slide Collection on the right of the catalogue screen.

Microform Collection

All of the items in the Microform Collection can be found through the online library catalogue. Viewing facilities for microfilm and microfiche, including reader-printer machines, are available on Level 2 Centre.

The following set of microfilms may be of interest to History & Philosophy of Art students:

• English cartoons and satirical prints, 1320-1832, in the British Museum : 21 microfilm reels, published by Cambridge: Chadwyck-Healey, 1978.
