Most services work with the 360 Link service, which allows you to easily check if you have access to the full text of the item you need - just click the 360 Link to Full Text icon within the citation (if available).

When you find an article you are interested in you may want to identify a service that indexes that title. The JISC ADAT service can do this (for up to 15 major services) although it was really designed to allow librarians/information specialists to compare two or more services in depth.
