The My Lists section of readinglists@kent is populated from Moodle and SDS information, so you should first double check by searching the reading list system for the list.
If the list is on the system, but is not in My Lists, ensure that you are registered for all the modules you are expecting to see in the system. If necessary, please refer back to your academic school.
If the module contains no lists, please refer back to your lecturer, who will be able to advise you further or provide you with your reading list in another format.
Clicking on the title of any item takes you into a full record giving you more details about that resource, including how many copies are in the Library, the 360 Link button for accessing full-text e-resources and links out to web resources.
When your reading list includes a journal article, the full record will contain a 360 Link button. This will take you to Library holdings information for this article and allow you to log in to the resource.
The Library holds subscriptions to most articles on your reading list, so you should be able to access them for free through the 360 Link button, or on Moodle.
You should never have to pay for an article on your reading list. If in doubt, please refer to your lecturer or contact the Library.
Every list has an Export citations link at the very top, directly beneath the title. Right click on this link and select Save Link As. This will allow you to save an RIS file to your documents, which can then be imported into RefWorks.
The same process applies from within individual records on a reading list to save single resources to RefWorks.
