Cases
We have grouped the cases under five subject headings in a way that is designed to be readily comprehensible to judges, lawyers, legal activists, policy makers, law teachers and law students.
The five themes are:- Parenting (including cases within the areas of family law and medical law);
- Property and Markets (including cases in property law, equity and contracts);
- Criminal Law and Evidence
- Public Law (including cases brought by or against state entities);
- Equality (encompassing cases dealing directly with the concepts of equality and discrimination).
