Holly Cullen

Holly Cullen was formerly a Reader in Law at Durham University, and now Winthrop Professor of Law at The University of Western Australia. She studied at McGill University, Canada and the University of Essex, and was an Advocate at the Bar of Quebec. She specialises in International and EU law, with a particular focus on human rights. Her most recent book is The Role of International Law in the Elimination of Child Labor (Nijhoff, 2007). Her current work involves research into methods of legal reasoning in economic and social rights cases, including socio-economic discrimination. This project is part-funded by the AHRC. She is also a member of the International Law Association's research committee on Non-State Actors in International Law.
