We are seeking to provide an efficient staff recruitment service to the University and to all job applicants. We are always looking to improve what we do and your comments are always welcome. Feedback/Complaints Mechanisms

This procedure applies to both our internal and external customers.

If you have a complaint about how you have been treated during the recruitment process or feel that the standard of service you have received has not been appropriate please do not hesitate to contact Simon Smith, HR Manager at S.P.Smith@kent.ac.uk or telephone 01227 824197.

In all cases we will endeavour to respond to your complaint within 7 working days.
