Access files on the network
You can access your files on the Kent network from on or off campus.
If using your own computer, you need to connect to the Kent network first. Then you need to map a drive on your PC to the required folder: instructions for mapping drives

Change your Kent IT account password by following the on screen instructions on the Change Password page.

Add / install a printer
You can access University of Kent printers using student and staff PCs, or your own PC. Follow the instructions for your operating system in the printing section.
Username format: ukc\username
in front of your Kent IT account username during the install process.
