Templeman Library extension
A 3000m2 extension will be added to the western side of the Templeman Library, in time for the University's 50th anniversary celebrations in 2015.
HR / Payroll system
The Human Resources and Payroll system is being replaced, due to withdrawal of manufacturer support.
Kent XCRI
This JISC funded project will ensure compliance with the UK standard for describing course related material, allowing it to be shared with course-finder websites.

Rolling changes are being made in direct response to feedback, so that the Library can continue to meet the needs of its users.
Reading Lists Project
Information Services are working on a new reading list service, based on the Talis Aspire system, which will be launched to Canterbury students at the start of the spring term 2012. Academic staff will be able to create and edit their own lists within the system.
Templeman Library Reserve Collection Project
The Reserve Collection Project is the first phase of a more active and strategic approach to the development of Templeman Library collections, that seeks to preserve the collection of library print materials and strategically improve the use of existing stock.
Cartoon Archive Rapid Digitisation Project (CARD)
The JISC funded CARD project will make two of the British Cartoon Archive's most popular collections accessible in digital format: the Cuttings Collection of political cartoons and the Director of Public Prosecutions' archive of saucy seaside postcards.
EAT-PDP – engaging alumni through personal development planning
The EAT-PDP project will prove the link between effective and on-going web-based Personal Development Planning (PDP) and the creation of a mutually beneficial alumni relationship.
EILE: advanced virtual learning
The Enabling Integrated Learning Environments (EILE) project aims to support the implementation and integration of administrative systems that provide mechanisms to allow the Virtual Learning Environment (VLE) to intelligently link to other web systems.
